Fulfillment Has Started!

DC DBG fans,
As many of you have noticed, fulfillment has started at last! So first of all: THANK YOU for your support in getting us here. DC Deck-Building Game wouldn’t exist without the fans and we appreciate all of you.
So, back to fulfillment: Some regions/countries have started fulfilling and others are just getting started. The US in particular is a pretty large place with LOTS of orders and, as a result, we know some of you have received your games, while others haven’t received a shipping confirmation yet. The team at QML and our other partners are doing an incredible job, so please be patient… your games are on the way!
Here’s the full breakdown of status and and who to contact with any shipping concerns:
US, Canada, ROW (rest of world)
- US Status: Games began shipping out on 3/28. It will take a bit of time to get everything out, but most backers should receive shipping confirmation in the next few days.
- Canada Status: Games will be shipped by truck from the US to FedEx Canada next week, then they’ll start going out to backers.
- ROW: Games get shipped from the US to countries that qualify as ROW, meaning they will take some tme.
- Fulfillment by QML. Contact them via the QML Customer Service Contact Form.
Australia/New Zealand
Asia
- Mainland China/Hong Kong/Taiwan Status: Fulfillment started 3/28.
- Rest of Asia: Games are being shipped to different hubs later this week. It may take several weeks for each hub to fulfill orders to local backers.
- Fulfillment by QML. Contact them via the QML Customer Service Contact Form.
UK/Switzerland/Norway
- Status: They are setting up this week. Fulfillment should begin next week.
- Fulfillment by ShipQuest. Contact our partner Don’t Panic Games for all issues: [email protected]
EU
- Status: Fulfillment is in process.

Slight Delay

DC DBG fans,
Apologies for the silence this week… we were waiting to have concrete news about the start of fulfillment. The news is that there’s a very small delay. The reason? A slight hiccup/delay at a few of the ports followed by a perfect storm of Kickstarter fulfillment for our partners. There are multiple major Kickstarters in the process of fulfillment right now and it is causing a bit of a slowdown. Our partners are amazing and they are doing everything they can to get things going, but it is looking like March 27 as the start date for games to ship out. We are sorry for the delay. Trust us, we are as excited to get you your games as you are to receive them!
You should receive an email when your order goes out.

Fulfillment Begins in March!

DC DBG fans,
It’s almost time: In just a few weeks, you will start receiving your copies of DC Deck-Building Game: Injustice, Rivals – The Flash vs. Reverse-Flash, the Multiverse Box, the DC Bombshells expansion, and much more. We expect products to arrive at various ports around the world by March 8. Since it will take our partners a little bit of time to get everything in their warehouses and ready to ship out, we expect fulfillment to begin on around March 15.
You should receive an email when your order goes out.
IF YOU HAVE ANY ADDRESS CHANGES: Starting today, you should email our fulfillment partner in your region directly. Please see info below for contact info. Due to some staffing issues (as a result of illness, travel, and injury… seriously), the Cryptozoic team will be slower than usual in responding to Kickstarter private messages in the next two weeks. So reaching out to our fulfilment partners will be the only way to update your shipping addresses in time.

Reminder: Locking Addresses in 1 Week… and Divider Replacements

DC DBG fans,
As we count down the days until March and the start of fulfillment, a reminder that FEBRUARY 2 (1 week from now) is the final cutoff to update your addresses. After that, we’ll lock addresses and you’ll have to reach out to us directly to try to make any updates.

If that doesn’t work for you, please send us a private message on Kickstarter and we’ll help you out.
Dark Nights: Metal Divider Replacements
As we discussed early in the campaign, the first printing of DC Deck-Building Game: Dark Nights: Metal had a small error: The divider had the game logo at the bottom instead of the top. This means that if you put the divider in a Multiverse Box, you would not see the name of the set. We fixed this in all reprintings. We just had replacement dividers delivered to our office for anyone who has a first printing divider and wants it replaced.
So IF you have a divider from the first printing, we will send you a replacement if you follow these steps:
1) Go to our customer service portal at cryptozoic.kayako.com
2) Use the subject line “DC DBG: Dark Nights: Metal divider replacement”
3) Include a photo of your incorrect divider (the game logo should be on the bottom, instead of the top). It MUST be an original photo, not something pulled online.
4) Include your address
Someone will respond to you within a few days and we’ll get you a replacement!
