 Crossover Collection 1, Crisis Collection 1, and Reprints 

If you’ve been waiting to purchase Crossover Collection 1 or Crisis Collection 1, please be aware that we are almost sold out of both, as are many retailers. We underestimated how many fans would want them, so we’re fast-tracking reprints of both. But those won’t be available until October so if you don’t want to wait, buy them now… either directly from us or your local retailers. If you order from us, you will be guaranteed to get the additional Promo Card for each (or get the Promo Cards separately).

They’re almost here! Reprints of DC DBG: Rivals – Batman vs. The Joker, Teen Titans, and Heroes Unite have arrived at the port and should be at our offices at the end of June or early July (and then at retailers a little later). We will send out any preorders as soon as we have them in hand.

Production Update

We are looking good to send files for everything but two rulebooks to the factory NEXT WEEK. We are spending a little extra time on the Injustice and Multiverse Box rulebooks to get everything right, but we are definitely on track in terms of our production schedule!

Reminder to Finish Your Surveys

DC DBG fans,

Thank you to everyone who has filled out their BackerKit surveys! Over 70% of you have completed your orders. The rest of you: You have until JULY 5, but sooner is better, since it lets us finalize production quantities and speed up the manufacturing process.

Shipping cost note: We have adjusted the shipping thresholds a bit to help reduce shipping costs as much as possible, making it easier to add Promo Packs without jumping to the next threshold. So, if you have already completed your survey with add-ons, you may notice your shipping has actually decreased. And if shipping costs for Promo Packs made you nervous, please check again.

Reminder: If you haven't filled out your shipping country, BackerKit may initially show ROW (rest of world) shipping rates; fill in your address to see your accurate shipping cost. As noted on the Kickstarter page, VAT (value-added tax) is also charged in the pledge manager for certain regions.

Production Update

We are still finalizing some of the elements of the different products, but we aren’t far from being done. We have added some additional tokens to both Injustice and the Multiverse Box, which we will reveal soon. We are looking to have files to the printers for everything by the end of this month!

Pledge Manager Surveys Sent! Late Pledges Available!

DC DBG fans,

The pledge manager is live! You should all have received emails from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. You’ll be able to finalize your pledge by choosing add-ons, upgrading your pledge level, choosing multiple tiers, paying for shipping, filling out your shipping address, and more. (Please remember: The Retailer Tier is ONLY for retailers… we will be verifying.)

It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards. The deadline to finish your survey is JULY 5. On that date, we’ll lock orders and charge credit cards.

Important shipping note: If your shipping cost is very different from our estimated shipping or jumps in a way that makes little sense after you add different items, please reach out to us directly via Kickstarter private messages. If you haven't filled out your shipping country, BackerKit may initially show ROW (rest of world) shipping rates; fill in your address to see your accurate shipping cost. If you’re only ordering Promo Pack add-ons: The shipping automatically defaults to the lowest shipping for a tier or a game in your region (e.g., $20 in the US). But if you’re only ordering 1-3 Promo Packs, please reach out to us and we can work with you to lower your shipping cost.

Instructions Directly from BackerKit:

You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like.

After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.

Pledge Manager Next Week! Plus a Poll

DC DBG fans,

The pledge manager powered by BackerKit is all set up and will launch next week. We’d launch earlier, but it takes Kickstarter two weeks to send us backer information (and we can’t invite you to the pledge manager without that).

While we wait for that, we have a very simple POLL asking about your preferred number of players when you play DC Deck-Building Game. This info will help us both as we playtest and design games going forward.

Crossover Collection 1 and Crisis Collection 1: Available Now!

DC DBG fans,

Did you miss us? Even though we have stopped the daily updates, we are working hard behind the scenes to finish everything for all the different games. We are doing some last playtesting for Injustice to make some final tweaks on the cards, plus the rulebook is being worked on. We expect the pledge manager for the campaign to launch sometime next week (for info on how it all works, check out the last update).

We’d also like to share an oversized Injustice card that has never been seen before!

Today, we wanted to let you know that DC Deck-Building Game: Crossover Collection 1 and Crisis Collection 1 are available now! You can buy them from your local hobby stores or directly from us.

All copies ordered from us of Crossover Collection 1 will include the Reverse-Flash Promo Card (in addition to the Black Racer Promo Card in the box) and all copies ordered from us of Crisis Collection 1 will include the Red Lantern Spectre Promo Card (in addition to the White Lantern Sinestro oversized Promo Card in the box)... while supplies last. If you just want the Promo Cards, you can order those as well. If you’re not in the US or Canada, we have included links on the product pages to our eBay listings.

Kickstarter backers received their copies a little while ago and have been loving the game and the amazing miniatures (in the Deluxe Edition).
